Based in a brand new, extremely modern building with exceptional facilities you will be working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

This role is an immediate start and has the potential to go permanent.

Please note, this is a temporary position paid on a weekly PAYE basis. This role will start quickly, so sadly candidates with a lengthy notice period cannot be considered.

  • Delivering a market leading service
  • Responsible for the management and running of a prestigious and collaborative co-working office venue
  • Leading and managing a team with a customer service focus
    • Ability to maximise business performance
    • Enhancing financial performance
    • Marketing and selling office and business support services
    • Conducting tours of the space for vistors
    • Ensuring customer records are kept up to date for audit purposes

Temporary Office Manager Requirements

  •     Proven experience running an office or co-working venue would be ideal
  • Management and team leadership skills, ideally within a service environment and a proven tam player
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent administrative and organisational experience
  • Good communication skills, tactful and persuasive
  • Highly self-motivated and proactive with a desire to contribute to the company more widely
  • Client and customer services focused
  • Ability to work under pressure and multitask
  • Excellent delegation skills
  • IT literate

Our client is based in OX1.  There is no parking available, but there are good public transport links
