Learning Support Worker

We are seeking caring and resilient Learning Support Workers to provide quality learning support to SEND students in a specialist school in Oxford. This this is a rewarding and worthwhile school to work in.

The students you'll be working with are predominantly diagnosed with:

  • Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties (PMLD)
  • Social Emotional Mental Health (SEMH)
  • Challenging Behaviour

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience working with children and young people.
  • Knowledgeable of conditions related to Special Educational Needs (SEND) such as ASD, ADHD, challenging behaviours, etc.
  • The ability to be compassionate, resilient, proactive, and patient.
