A well-established law firm in Paisley is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their supportive team. This position offers excellent opportunities for career progression within a firm that upholds a relaxed and open-door policy environment.
Day-to-day of the role:- Handling all aspects of residential conveyancing from initiation to completion.
- Providing legal advice to clients in a clear, understandable, and professional manner.
- Preparing and reviewing legal documents related to property transactions.
- Conducting research and handling legal inquiries related to residential property.
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure seamless service delivery to all clients.
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of laws and regulations pertaining to residential conveyancing.
- Must be a qualified Solicitor with experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong understanding of property law and the conveyancing process.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively both within a team and independently.
- Committed to providing high-quality legal services.
- 21 days holiday, plus additional days off between Christmas and New Year (office closed from Christmas Eve to 2nd January).
