Anderson Knight is currently seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Coordinatorto join our client's team on a full time permanent basis based in East Lothian . This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong HR background and a passion for supporting employees and business objectives through efficient HR processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with line managers to manage the recruitment process end-to-end.
  • Oversee induction and onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires, while managing probation and annual review processes.
  • Take ownership of the company induction programme and collaborate closely with HR and site teams to track, plan, and assess its effectiveness.
  • Track and report on key HR metrics, including absenteeism, performance, and probation status, to the HR function and Senior Leadership Team.
  • Support performance management processes, including absenteeism, probation, and addressing underperformance.
  • Provide general HR administrative support.
  • Assist with grievance and disciplinary investigations as needed.
  • Help manage the weekly timesheet submission process for payroll.
  • Assist with company-wide events and initiatives, including charity events and corporate social responsibility activities.
  • Contribute to and support the implementation of various internal HR projects.

Candidate Profile:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years' experience in an HR or administrative role. You should possess excellent administration and communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation.
