Our client is a family owned group that operate a number of high quality hotel operations across the Lake District. They are looking for an ambitious Head Chef, with proven experience and track record within luxury hotels. With full day-to-day responsibility of their fine dining lake view restaurant, they are looking for passion and enthusiasm, which will be rewarded with a competitive salary and great benefits.

What We Are Looking for In You

路The ability to lead and develop a team of staff, you will provide leadership, development, motivation and guidance to enable high levels of commitment and service.

路A good understanding of P&L analysis, GP and menu costing, wage budgeting and purchasing. With the ability to negotiate prices direct from our suppliers.

路The desire to develop menus and drive the business forward in the long term.

路You must be flexible in terms of the working hours required of you.

The Rewards:

路Staff meals whilst on duty. There is no live in accommodation available for this role
