Due to expansion our forward thinking, successful client is currently looking for a Regional Transport Manager to cover the Wrexham and Chester depots. This is a very hands on role with responsibilites to cover the Transport Management function over the two sites. Very stable industry with a fleet of 60 HGV's working within O licence regulations.
Day to day as Transport Manager you will be responsible for :
Ensuring the sites run in a safe, compliant manner by ensuring all MOT's, fleet servicing, breakdowns and vehicle compliance within the O licence regulations are adhered to.
Compliance with driver rules and CPC compliance of drivers and the hours they work
You will have experience of managing larger fleets (60) of HGV's and have a CPC national and experience of covering multiple sites. Must have a driving licence to be able to cover the two sites.
In return a salary of upto 45,000 is on offer plus company car. Monday - Friday days
