We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly organised Administrator to support a team of sales professionals within a fast-paced and dynamic environment. YOU WILL BE:
- Provide vital administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage and organise sales documentation, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
- Coordinate internal communications and act as a point of contact between the sales team and other departments.
- Prepare and process sales reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Assist with customer queries and support the team in maintaining excellent client relationships.
- Maintain office supplies and manage scheduling as needed.
YOU WILL HAVE:
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to ensure accuracy in all administrative tasks.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage with a range of stakeholders.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, ideally supporting a sales team or similar function.
- Excellent organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.
- A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to support others.
