The Role - Clinical Services Operations Manager

This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Clinical Services Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for:

  • Managing a team of biomedical engineers providing on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of medical devices
  • Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers within biomedical / clinical equipment sectors
  • Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs and providing excellent customer care with a view to contract retention and growth
  • Completing all associated administrative tasks and ensuring you work within health & safety, quality assurance and environmental policies

Your Background - Clinical Services Operations Manager

To succeed in this exciting role:

  • You will have a background working in biomedical, clinical and EBME departments with a number of years of biomedical experience
  • You will have a proven track record working within medical device management along with strong leadership skills
  • As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in service management, you will bring with you the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed
