The Role - Clinical Services Operations Manager
This market leader now seeks to recruit a commercially astute Clinical Services Operations Manager to support their recent rapid growth. The successful applicant will be responsible for:
- Managing a team of biomedical engineers providing on-site repair, preventative maintenance and asset management of medical devices
- Developing and nurturing relationships with key customers within biomedical / clinical equipment sectors
- Building an extensive knowledge of customer service needs and providing excellent customer care with a view to contract retention and growth
- Completing all associated administrative tasks and ensuring you work within health & safety, quality assurance and environmental policies
Your Background - Clinical Services Operations Manager
To succeed in this exciting role:
- You will have a background working in biomedical, clinical and EBME departments with a number of years of biomedical experience
- You will have a proven track record working within medical device management along with strong leadership skills
- As a strategic thinker with a proven track record in service management, you will bring with you the necessary commercial skills and business flair required to succeed
- Utilising this organisation's excellent reputation for providing quality products and their brand leading status as a platform, you will foster relationships with the customer by acting as the first point of contact and continuously developing the level of customer understanding
- You will look to develop new revenue streams and increase market share throughout a broad product portfolio, participating in new product development projects and assisting in the development of customer bid strategies
