- Establish and manage direct debit arrangements by liaising with businesses.
- Ensure timely collections by effectively communicating via letters, texts, and emails.
- Support our clients by handling various customer service management tasks.
- Professionally work with businesses to collect outstanding payments.
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in collections over the phone.
- Strong background in customer service with a commitment to excellence.
- Resilient and dedicated character capable of managing challenging situations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with businesses of all sizes.
