Position Title: Training Executive

Location: Peterborough, UK

Job Type: Full-time - Monday to Friday 9AM - 5PM. 

Salary: 25K 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and oversee the scheduling and delivery of training programmes.
  • Send confirmation of bookings and carry out follow-ups.
  • Liaise with trainers and stakeholders to ensure effective training sessions.
  • Manage participant enrolment, attendance tracking, and training records.
  • Organize and distribute training materials and resources.
  • Assist in developing and improving training content.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and generate reports on training outcomes and effectiveness.
  • Handle logistical arrangements, including venue booking where required, equipment setup, and IT support for RSPH courses.
  • Support trainees with queries and ensure a positive training experience.
  • Coordinate online assessments and track progress.
  • Monitor feedback and evaluations to continuously improve the training programmes.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and learning management systems (LMS).
