Brook Street are looking for an individual who is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and has transferable skills within sales. If you are a friendly, bubbly, approachable individual, who can demonstrate strong examples of building relationships and being passionate about what they do, then this role is for you!!

Hours: 9am - 5:30pm, No weekends or Bank Holidays!
Start date: Immediate
Competitive Salary up to £24,000 depending on experience. (OTE £30,000+ Uncapped commission structure!)

Responsibilities and Attributes:

• Carrying out outbound customer calls with day-to-day use of the company's diary and call systems
• Checking and confirming all customer details and having great attention to detail
• Ensuring notes are taken accurately and updated
• Excellent customer service skills
• Active listening skills and have the confidence to up sell products and services
• The ability to handle fast paced workload and not be afraid of challenges
• Being the first point of contact for the company
• Being highly motivated with a hunger to succeed and be the best you can be!
• Product knowledge to the customer confidently, offering transparency and choice which are our core values.
