The Supervisor Opportunity
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. This position requires strong leadership skills and excellent communication abilities.
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of motivating and guiding a team towards achieving our business goals
Working on-site at one of our most remarkable engineering clients, this is a fantastic opportunity for the right person.
The Supervisor will be responsible for the following:
- Lead and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance, support, and feedback
- Confident with IT skills such as excel
- Addressing inquiries and concerns and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaising with customers F2F which can include senior stakeholders such as directors
- Responsible for audits and risk assessments, KPI metrics
- Supervisory responsibilities such as training, annual leave, sickness absence
The Ideal Candidate:
- Strong leadership experience within a Manufacturing/Warehouse/Automotive type environment.
- A manufacturing or volume production background would be desirable but any manufacturing background would be considered as long as the individual has strong leadership skills.
- You will be organised, resilient and have the ability to think outside the box.

Working hours/schedule:
Weekly Rotating shifts-Monday - Friday
06:00-14:00 & 14:00 -22:00
There could also be a requirement of traveling to OEM sites if required
Expected start date: Immediate.
