- Proven HR advisory experience with a strong track record of providing sound guidance across various HR functions.
- A deep understanding of UK employment law and its application in a dynamic business environment.
- A talent for analysing HR data and using insights to influence key decisions.
- Strong interpersonal skills – you are able to build relationships at all levels of the business and handle sensitive matters with tact and professionalism.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations cases, including handling disciplinaries, grievances, and other conflict resolution matters.
- A strategic mindset, able to think ahead and implement solutions that align with business goals.
- Familiarity with HR systems and process improvements, using technology to enhance the employee experience.
- CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards it) is highly desirable.
