About the Role:

As a Qualified Teacher at our specialist SEN school, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where each student feels empowered to succeed. This involves:

  • Planning and delivering creative and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of our students.
  • Implementing a variety of teaching strategies and adapting your approach to cater to different learning styles.
  • Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to provide holistic support for each student.
  • Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans to promote growth and achievement.

About You:

  • You are a Qualified Teacher holding QTS or an equivalent qualification.

  • You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and behaviour management skills.
