About the Role:
As a Qualified Teacher at our specialist SEN school, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive and engaging learning environment where each student feels empowered to succeed. This involves:
- Planning and delivering creative and differentiated lessons tailored to the individual learning needs of our students.
- Implementing a variety of teaching strategies and adapting your approach to cater to different learning styles.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including teaching assistants, therapists, and parents, to provide holistic support for each student.
- Assessing student progress and development, creating personalised learning plans to promote growth and achievement.
About You:
- You are a Qualified Teacher holding QTS or an equivalent qualification.
- You have a passion for working with children with special educational needs, demonstrating empathy, patience, and a commitment to inclusion.
- You possess excellent communication, classroom management, and behaviour management skills.
- Experience working in an SEN setting is desirable, but not essential, as we provide comprehensive support and development opportunities.
