Attega Group is currently partnering exclusively with our client in recruiting an Administrator to join the team.

The main purpose of this role is to producing quotations from Area Managers’ Survey Reports and Service Engineers Worksheets.

In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £27,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus 25 Days holiday, plus bank holidays, pension, potential to finish at 1pm on a Friday.  

This is a full-time, permanent role. The hours of work will be 08:00 – 16:00 Monday – Thursday, 08:00 - 15:30 Friday or the option to work 30 minutes longer Monday – Thursday to finish at 13:00 Friday.

Reporting to the Estimating Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Produce and issue quotations using surveys in an efficient manner to contribute towards the overall company order target
  • Ensure quotations are an accurate reflection of the survey
  • Ensure quotations are issued within 2 working days of receipt of survey.
  • Ensure that all quotations are checked by another Estimator prior to issuing to the
  • Deal with customer enquiries relating to spare parts
  • Act as point of contact for all enquiries, ensuring they are recorded and passed to the relevant Area Manager in a timely manner

The ideal candidate:

  • Experience with Microsoft Office – primarily Word and Excel
  • Experience gained within a Customer Service role
  • Extensive knowledge of Kingspan’s product range
  • Good customer service skills
