Lettings Administrator Our clients are a well-established Lettings & Property Management company looking for a Lettings Administrator to join our busy and friendly team in Pinner.

Reporting to the Senior Lettings Negotiator, and Director, you will be responsible for:

  • The administration of new let progression
  • Responding to telephone and website leads
  • Updating/adding properties onto our website and various portals, i.e. Rightmove and Zoopla
  • Administering landlord/tenant/property details on Reapit and ensuring notes of any changes are made clearly
  • Organising/managing the "To Let" board process
  • Updating internal documents and keeping the lettings folders current and tidy
  • Updating window cards and information on a regular basis
  • Assisting to update spreadsheets and/or Reapit tenancy check lists once they are in place
  • Developing relationships with existing and new landlords
  • Liaising with Accounts to discuss rent or statement queries
  • Assisting with attracting new business and increasing market share
  • Renewals Administration
  • Troubleshooting and working with other departments to problem solve
  • Attending any relevant webinars to gain knowledge and relay to colleagues as appropriate
  • Any other ad-hoc Lettings tasks that are required

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role
  • Full clean driving license and own vehicle
  • Competitive Salary -21 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
