We are currently recruiting for a Lettings Negotiator for a local, and well respected Estate Agency in Pinner, who pride themselves on delivering a professional and dedicated approach to their clients with unrivalled customer care. They have been established for two decades, building strong relationships within their community, understanding clients needs, and building upon their Estate Agency business. The company would be open to someone without property experience if you possess previous strong customer service and sales experience, or someone with up to 12 months property experience in lettings. You must be well spoken, and well presented with a good attitude and a hunger to succeed. This role will be working closely with the Manager. You must have a full UK clean licence and own your own car. Salary package and benefits of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Basic £18,000 - £20,000
- OTE £25,000 - £30,000
- Monday to Friday 8:45am - 6:30pm every other Saturday 9am - 4pm

Responsibilities of the Lettings Negotiator position include:
- Always delivering exceptional customer service
- Liaising between landlords and tenants
- Providing up to date advice and information
- Property inspections
- Conducting viewings
- Booking appointments
- Negotiating lettings contracts
- Registering applicants
- Generating new business
- Listing new properties
- Building the market share
- Be up to date with current compliance and legislation
The skills required for the Lettings Negotiator position will include:
