  • Developing in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge products to handle technical and sales enquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face.
  • Preparing detailed quotations and troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Managing sales order processing while delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and suppliers, ensuring their needs are met with precision and care.
  • Liaising across departments to ensure smooth delivery and timely solutions.
  • Attending global trade shows to represent the company and showcase products.
Perks and Benefits:
  • £27,000 - £30,000 (depending on experience)
  • Monday-Thursday 7:30am-4pm, Friday 7:30am-3:30pm – enjoy your weekends!
  • 23 days of annual leave, increasing to 25 days after 5 years.
