Platinum Recruitment is working in partnership with a contractor caterer & facilities management business who look after a well-known site in the outskirts of Plymouth. We are looking for a General Manager to lead their team.

Our client is a Caterer & Facilities Management company who looks after all aspects of a well-known site including catering, cleaning & support services. As part of a large business, there is plenty of opportunity for future career progression!

What's involved?
As General Manager, you will oversee a team of circa 35 staff across 3 staff restaurants and a cafe, cleaning & support services / contractors. You will manage 4 Heads of Departments, as well as liaising with sub-contractors for maintenance, waste, laundry etc.
You will have sound financial acumen to ensure budgets are adhered to, and will have previous experience managing large teams. Experience within a Hospitality & Catering environment is essential for this role.
