What You’ll Be Doing:Join our team as a Pharmacist and play a key role in improving the lives of hospital inpatients. In this role, you will:

• Perform comprehensive patient medication reviews
• Dispense and verify inpatient prescriptions accurately
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure safe medication management
• Provide expert advice on medicines optimisation
• Maintain accurate patient records in line with hospital protocols

Requirements & Qualifications:To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A current and valid GPhC registration
• Prior hospital pharmacy experience
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team
• A commitment to delivering high-quality patient care

Working Hours & Contract Duration:This role requires availability from Monday to Friday, 8:45 AM – 5:00 PM with flexibility where possible. The contract is ongoing with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and service needs.
