We are seeking a skilled Planned Maintenance Technician to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The role involves conducting preventative maintenance, supporting technical teams, managing spare parts, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Working Hours:

  • Monday, Wednesday, Friday:8 AM 4 PM
  • Tuesday, Thursday:6 AM 2 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform scheduled maintenance (AM/PM) to ensure equipment reliability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Maintenance Planner and document maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct audits to identify improvement opportunities in the PM program.
  • Lead TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) activities as assigned.
  • Organise spare parts and materials for maintenance tasks and rebuilds.
  • Perform maintenance during plant shutdowns.
  • Support and train technical staff across shifts to enhance equipment performance.

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics (preferred).
  • 5 years of experience in automated manufacturing.
  • Strong troubleshooting and decision-making skills.
  • Team player with experience in mentoring others.
  • Knowledge of both electrical and mechanical practices.
  • Experience with control systems, robotics, or automation (advantageous).
