- Hourly Rate: £18.86 per hour
- Location: Pontypridd
- Availability: Must be available to start before 1st November 2024 for a smooth handover with the current EA.
- Manage complex diaries and email accounts for Executive Directors (ED) and the CEO.
- Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team.
- Organise and facilitate meetings, travel logistics, and external communication activities.
- Administer meetings, prepare agendas, and draft reports with precision.
- Ensure timely and effective communication flow between the Executive Directors and their teams.
- Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing enquiries and requests.
- Assist in coordinating external communication, including press releases and interviews.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
- Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions, while also being an effective team player.
