Temporary Executive Assistant
  • Hourly Rate: £18.86 per hour
  • Location: Pontypridd
  • Availability: Must be available to start before 1st November 2024 for a smooth handover with the current EA.
We are seeking a highly experienced Executive Assistant to provide temporary support for a leading not-for-profit organisation based in Pontypridd. This role involves working in a fast-paced and confidential environment, supporting the Chief Executive’s Office and People Directorate. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage complex diaries and email accounts for Executive Directors (ED) and the CEO.
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal and external enquiries on behalf of the Executive Leadership Team.
  • Organise and facilitate meetings, travel logistics, and external communication activities.
  • Administer meetings, prepare agendas, and draft reports with precision.
  • Ensure timely and effective communication flow between the Executive Directors and their teams.
  • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while managing enquiries and requests.
  • Assist in coordinating external communication, including press releases and interviews.
The candidate: 
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, ideally within a large or complex organisation.
  • Excellent IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage conflicting priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with tact and diplomacy.
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions, while also being an effective team player.
