Aspire Jobs are delighted to be working with our client based in Poole who are a luxury brand with locations across Dorset and Somerset.

They are now looking for a professional and target driven Sales Specialist/Executive to join their Sales team. You must be passionate about sales and excel at building strong customer relationships to maintain excellent customer service levels. You will be a driving force in the future success of the company, using your communication skills and drive to exceed customer needs and achieve your targets.

Your experience will come from a face-to-face sales role (minimum 2 years) and you will be of immaculate appearance. You will be used to working in a targeted environment.

The Sales Executives are the key points of contact and pay close attention to detail to understand customers wants and needs.

Responsibilities of the Sales Executive: -

  • Have outstanding product knowledge of the brand - full training will be given.
  • Ensure an excellent and professional level of customer service.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Provide advice and upsell on finance, insurance and sundries.
  • Negotiating the final price for the sale.
  • Completing the relevant paperwork for each sale.
  • Liaising with all the relevant departments throughout the whole sales process to ensure an efficient and smooth transaction.

Requirements of the Sales Executive: -

  • Must have minimum 2 years face to face sales experience.
  • Proactive, motivated and target driven.
  • Good at building relationships and maintaining excellent customer service levels.
  • Able to thrive under pressure.
  • Highly organised.
  • Be a team player.
