The role:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the school management team.
  • Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings.
  • Prepare and distribute internal and external communications, including reports, presentations, and memos.
  • Maintain records and ensure accurate documentation of school activities and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for staff, students, parents, and external stakeholders, ensuring excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the school management team to organise and oversee school events and activities.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • High attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Positive and proactive attitude, with a customer service-oriented approach.
