JOB TITLE: Finance & Admin Manager

COMPANY: Suppliers

CONTRACT: Permanent

HOURS: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

START: ASAP

PAY RATE: £28,000-£30,000

LOCATION: Poole

CULTURE: Close-knit, friendly team

The role:

  • Oversee the day-to-day administration and smooth running of the office
  • Liaise with clients, answer and resolve queries
  • Put together customer quotes
  • Book appointments and installations
  • Process and maintain payroll records for employees
  • Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable tasks
  • Reconcile bank statements and investigate any discrepancies
  • Assist with the preparation and filing of VAT returns
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records

Experience and requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant or in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of payroll processes and VAT regulations
  • Proficient in using accounting software Sage
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Strong organisational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
