What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with Customer Managers to streamline administrative tasks.
  • Manage bookings for customer assets and oversee job loads.
  • Coordinate with sub-contractors and raise quotations.
  • Process customer purchase orders and create supplier orders.
  • Keep the internal system up-to-date with current statuses.
  • Prepare delivery notes and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain paperwork in line with company standards.
  • Handle general administrative duties to keep operations smooth.
