Are you a confident communicator with a passion for building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer service? We're looking for a Customer Service Coordinator in Port Talbot

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for our established customer base-handling queries, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring a seamless experience from order to delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships with our valued customers.

  • Collaborating across departments to process and execute customer orders.

  • Monitoring order and production status, keeping customers up to date throughout.

  • Supporting the continuous improvement of our services based on customer feedback.

What We're Looking For:
  • Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within a manufacturing or supply chain environment but open to hearing about other experience.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • A proactive team player who thrives under pressure and keeps cool when juggling multiple tasks.

  • Detail-oriented with a knack for solving problems and staying one step ahead.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (SAP experience preferred) or a good understanding of logistics/supply chain processes is a plus.
