A highly respected design firm is seeking a talented and experienced Architectural Technologist to join their dynamic team in Portsmouth. The award-winning team works across the Commercial and Leisure sectors and have a wide range of exciting projects on the horizon.

The successful Architectural Technologist will have significant experience post qualification and will be confident managing their own workload. You will have excellent technical abilities and brilliant knowledge of current UK building regulations. AutoCAD and Revit proficiency is essential.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architectural Technologist:

  • Significant UK-based experience post qualification
  • CIAT accredited, or working towards
  • Confident liaising with clients, contractors and the wider team
  • Commercial experience is beneficial
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively
  • Creative problem solving skills and a keen eye for detail
  • Track record of managing a small team
  • Great knowledge of current UK building regulations
  • Revit and AutoCAD proficiency is essential
  • BIM knowledge is beneficial
  • Must live within a commutable distance to Portsmouth, or be willing to relocate
