We're looking for a Quality Assurance Executive to join our client, where you will drive excellence across sales, service and collections teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Monitor and assess customer interactions (calls & emails) for quality and compliance.
  • Ensure adherence to scripts, GDPR, and internal policies.
  • Provide feedback to agents and team leaders for continuous improvement.
  • Identify trends, contribute to reports, and support complaint investigations.
  • Stay updated on regulations and collaborate on process improvements.

What We're Looking For:

  • Customer service or contact centre experience.
  • Quality assurance experience (preferred).
  • Strong attention to detail & compliance knowledge.
  • Excellent communication & feedback skills.
