Key Responsibilities:

Answering calls from tradespeople and providing a five-star service with enthusiasm and a smile

Offering advice, guidance, and support to members, ensuring they make the most of their membership

Becoming an expert in all things related to our client and effectively resolving complex queries

Logging each call accurately in our CRM system, maintaining up-to-date and accurate records

Utilising strong admin and IT skills to support your daily activities

Strong IT skills and comfort working with KPIs in a fast-paced environment
