- You will be speaking to customers on the phone, as well as dealing with service and repair centres, body shops, and mobile repairers
- You will take accurate information whilst processing the details onto the system
- You will data process highly important data using excel
- You will manage multiple emails / a busy inbox and be able to prioritise and work to deadlines.
- You will chase garages for updates on vehicles and manage any expectations and issues that may arise
- You will complete high volumes of administration, updating spreadsheets, managing an electronic booking system , producing legal certificates and documents and updating client records with accuracy
- Previous experience of managing customers via email and on the telephone.
- Will have the ability to multitask
- Will be well organised
- Will have the ability to take down information quickly and with accuracy
- Will be fully competent in using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Will have excellent attention to detail
- Will have good administration skills
- Will enjoy being busy
