We are on the hunt for a Finance Business Partner to join a growing technology company, based near Portsmouth. This senior role within a rapidly developing SME offers international exposure and the opportunity to play a pivotal part in driving growth and improving the bottom line. You will have the chance to influence key business decisions and directly contribute to the financial success of the organisation.Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
  • Business partnering with internal stakeholders, bridging the gap between finance and the wider business
  • Highlighting the financial implications of management decisions, providing crucial data for informed business strategies
  • Developing and maintaining sophisticated financial models to support revenue forecasting, cost analysis, and strategic planning.
  • Reconciliation of accounts and posting of journal entries
  • Preparing month end financial statements, including P&L, balance sheets and cashflow statements
  • Supporting throughout the annual audit, addressing audit queries
What you will need:
  • To be qualified in CIMA / ACCA / ACA with post-qualification experience
  • Previous experience in a similar role, such as Finance Business Partner / FP&A Analyst / Finance Analyst / Commercial Finance Analyst / Commercial Accountant
  • To be a confident communicator, able to translate finance to non-finance stakeholders
  • Strong Excel skills, use of PowerBI, good ERP exposure
