HR Administrator£23,492 - £25,000 P/APortsmouth Full time | Permanent | 37 hours a week Are you CIPD level 3 qualified?Do you have strong HR administration skills?Attega Group is currently partnering with our client in recruiting a HR Administratorto join the team.The main purpose of this role is to support the HR Manager with all day-to-day HR-related matters. In return, our client is offering a salary of up to £25,000 P/A, depending on experience, plus excellent company benefits.This role is full-time and permanent, working Monday to Friday. Reporting to the HR Manager your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting with all employee relations issues, assisting in appraisal and change management processes 
  • Providing support with recruitment needs across the business, conducting inductions and exit interviews
  • Producing reports on the HR system
  • Recording starters, leavers and sickness statistics
  • Maintaining records for training and development
The ideal candidate:
  • Must be at least CIPD level 3 qualified. Level 5 would be a huge advantage! 
  • Will have strong, attention to detail and administration capabilities.
  • Must be an excellent team player and someone who can work with minimal supervision.
