The Technical Consultant will deliver consultancy and training services across various sectors, ensuring high-quality technical support, product demonstrations and process efficiency improvements. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experience and supporting the introduction of cutting-edge products.
You'll be working Monday to Friday and salary is up to £48,000 depending on your level of experience. The company offers ongoing professional development opportunities and the chance to make a real impact in a growing business.
Key Responsibilities of the Technical Consultant include:
- Provide expert technical support to clients.
- Conduct structured demonstrations of new products to employees and customers.
- Evaluate product systems and deliver detailed reports, including presentation samples prepared to laboratory standards.
- Develop and refine processes to set new standards for efficiency and quality.
- Collaborate with the sales team on new product launches and fault management.
- Create visual sales aids to support product launches.
- Support training through occasional site visits.
