Our fantastic client on the outskirts of Cosham is recruiting for an experienced Quality & Compliance Administrator to join them on a permanent basis.

In this diverse and exciting role, you will support the QC Manager to ensure that the company exceeds and meets all regulatory requirements; ensuring that continual business improvement is at the forefront of all business activities.

What you'll be doing:

  • Ensuring all new and existing documentation is in line with regulatory best practice.
  • Management and administration of document control register.
  • Management of Company E Learning platform.
  • Review, store and ensure all complaints are logged and appropriately dealt with.
  • Ensuring the company is aligned with all Data and GDPR requirements and assisting with the role out of a new data incident management process.
  • Asist with the reviewing of all agreements in line with DPA requirements.
  • Assist with internal audits and support in the implementation of the required improvements.
  • Administer the supplier database and ensure documentation compliance.
  • Understanding of the FCA Conduct Rules and assisting with delivering compliance training.

What we're looking for:

  • Excellent experience within Quality and Compliance delivery.
  • Experience within an FCA environment would be desirable.
  • Ability to implement quality compliance standards.
  • Excellent communication skills and effective interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of information security and legislative requirements.
  • Experience of quality and compliance administration.
  • Strong understanding of document control.
