Overview:
Wild Recruitment is supporting a UK-wide engineering consultancy who are looking for a Framework Manager / Programme Manager to lead the delivery of water sector frameworks.

This role involves managing multiple projects, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring frameworks are delivered on time and within budget.

You will be someone that can demonstrate leadership with the confidence to make decisions, influence others, and maintain clear direction under pressure.

Key Responsibilities - Framework Manager / Programme Manager

  • Manage end-to-end framework delivery in the water / utilities sector
  • Lead project planning, reporting, and performance tracking
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with NEC contracts and regulatory requirements
  • Support bids and long-term business development

Requirements: Framework Manager / Programme Manager

  • Experience managing water sector frameworks or programmes (AMP experience preferred)
  • Engineering background (civil, mechanical, environmental, or similar)
  • Strong understanding of NEC contracts and commercial controls
  • Confident communicator with leadership and coordination skills
  • Full UK driving licence
