All training will be provided in house with your team, for the entire recruitment process, stage by stage, alongside the computer packages that we use. Essential Skills:
- You will need to have excellent attention to detail.
- Be happy to speak on the phone with clients and candidates.
- It would be beneficial to have strong computer skills and be proficient with basic Microsoft packages such as Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Be confident with all aspects of sales and business development or learning the process.
- You must be able to drive to undertake client visits.
