Our client, the UK's largest provider of support for people with Autism, Learning Disabilities, Mental Health issues, and neurological conditions require a Finance Manager to join the Finance Team.

With over 500 sites and a turnover of £600m, they empower individuals to live, learn, and thrive. A recent acquisition has enhanced their digital offerings, and they have expanded globally to the UAE.

They require a Finance Manager to support the Finance team in accurately reporting the Group's financial performance. This role focuses on improving R2R processes and offers opportunities for career advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead R2R process improvement projects
  • Collaborate with senior management on reporting processes and controls
  • Review month-end balance sheet reconciliations
  • Provide timely financial information to the Executive Board
  • Deliver accurate variance analysis monthly
  • Support operational finance needs across the business
  • Manage a team of two accountants
  • Maintain and improve internal controls
  • Assist with external audits and year-end processes

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Qualified Accountant, ACA, ACCA, CIMA

  • Self-starter with problem-solving abilities
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to meet deadlines
  • Hands-on, pragmatic approach
