At Vida Education, we specialise in education recruitment, supplying schools and colleges across the North West with skilled staff, including teachers, cover supervisors, teaching assistants, and support staff. Based from our Poulton office, we have an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our busy and expanding team.
In this fast-paced, hands-on role, you’ll support our Recruitment Consultants by sourcing, interviewing, and registering candidates for school-based roles. You’ll play a key role in identifying top talent, building strong relationships with candidates and assisting in the recruitment process. This role provides an excellent opportunity to learn and grow in the recruitment industry.

Key Responsibilities for the Recruitment Resourcer:
- Source, contact, and interview candidates for a range of education roles
- Assist in placing candidates into schools, ensuring compliance with our standards
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a high level of service
- Advertise roles on job boards and social media
- Support Recruitment Consultants with filling vacancies and managing candidate pipelines
What We’re Looking for in a Recruitment Resourcer:
- Passion for Education Recruitment: A desire to make a difference in the education sector by helping to place skilled candidates in schools
- Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable speaking with candidates, lots of them to establish strong relationships and maintain contact
- Proactive and Organised: You’ll need to be self-motivated, able to manage multiple tasks, and work well in a team environment
- Attention to Detail: Ensuring candidates are fully compliant and ready for placements
- Previous Recruitment Experience (desirable, but not essential): Ideally in the education sector, although transferable skills are welcome
