We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Level 2 Teaching Assistant to join our friendly and supportive team. This is a mornings-only role in our F1 class, where you'll play a key part in supporting our youngest learners.

About the Role:

  • Working in the F1 class, providing support to children aged 3-4 years old.
  • Assisting with daily activities, learning, and development in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Supporting children with personal care, including nappy changing.
  • Helping to create a nurturing and stimulating learning environment.

About You:

  • Hold at least a Level 2 Early Years qualification (essential).
  • Have a positive, can-do attitude and a passion for working with young children.
  • Be comfortable with providing personal care as part of the role.
  • Have excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
