  • Remote Working (4 Home & 1 Office Day)
  • Salary to £40,000

This firm place an emphasis on staff & employee happiness, so offer a hybrid working policy of 4 days home based & 1 day office based per week. There are also regular 1-2-1's every 6 weeks to ensure that caseload volumes aren't too high and you are comfortable in your position. There will be opportunities for you to develop your career and to move into management roles, as well as dealing with commercial property work.You will be predominantly handling a caseload of 80 - 100 matters from start to finish, however you be provided with assistance and a brand new case management system in place to assist with completions as much as possible. You will be managing a team of legal assistants and be tasked with ensuring their development and supervision.You will be dealing with a mix of freehold & leasehold work on both registered & unregistered land matters. You will be dealing with a national portfolio of clients including London / South East based properties with values in excess of £500,000+There is a fantastic & achievable bonus scheme in place that is based on NET billings per month. Once you have hit your target, you will automatically receive a £100 bonus and on top of that you will earn 15% of all billings above target.
