Waking Nights Support Worker
Venn Group have been approached by a Charity and would like to introduce the following position available:

Position: Waking Nights Support Worker
Location: Wirral
Rate: Negotiable (depending on experience)
Length: 6- 8 Weeks
Hours: 38.5 per week
Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensure the safety and security of residents throughout the night
- Monitor Service User’s welfare, responding to any issues, incidents, or distress appropriately
- Act as a first point of contact for residents needing support, advice, or reassurance
- Follow safeguarding procedures, reporting concerns to relevant staff or external agencies as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of incidents, concerns, and support provided
- Conduct regular checks on the property, ensuring it remains safe and secure
- Offer emotional support, signposting residents to appropriate services when needed
- Some lone working may be required
Essential Criteria:
- Enhanced DBS on Update Service (Adult & Child)
- Previous experience in a similar role
