About the Role and what you will be doing:

Reporting to the Project Manager, you will be coordinate the delivery and carry out surveys for the electrical equipment (meter area) within residential customers property.

Liaising with residents to inform them of the reasons why surveys are being carried out in the area.
Visiting properties to assess and report on service condition.
Self-manage survey routes and appointments.
Assess the meter positions and accurately record the relevant information required both data and photographic information from the customers property.
Delivering 1st class customer service to every property you visit.
Excellent PC skills with knowledge of MS office, training will be provided on in house systems

Candidate Requirements:

If you have excellent customer service skills and previous experience of meter reading this role may suit you.

Current driving licence
Site Safety Certificate
Excellent customer services experience and the ability to work in an independent role.
Excellent attention to detail to provide accurate data
