Building Manager | Preston | £32,000
A leading construction company based in Preston is currently recruiting for an experienced Building manager to oversee daily operations of their new building which is due to open in April 2025.
Your new role as Building Manager:
- Manage and oversee daily operations, ensuring a high standard of service and facilities
- Coordinate and supervise staff members, including maintenance, housekeeping and security personnel to ensure a safe and welcoming environment
- Deal with resident inquiries, complaints and requests with professionalism and in a timely manner
- Conduct regular property inspections
- Maintain accurate records of resident information
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to ensure timely repairs and maintenance
What you will need to be a successful building Manager:
- Proven experience in property management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
