Your new company
My client, located in Preston, is currently looking to recruit a Client Services Administrator within the team. The company offers comprehensive Health and Protection insurance advice and prides themselves ongoing, above and beyond, assisting each individual client. This is a brilliant opportunity to join an expanding team.

Your new role

  • Answering any client queries accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist with maintaining relationships with clients and always acting professionally.
  • Ensure that all client information is stored inline with data protection.
  • Consistently and accurately update and maintain the bespoke in-house database.
  • Proof read all client documents to ensure they are accurate.
  • Organise and arrange post daily.
  • Execute all aspects of administration, as and when required.


What you'll need to succeed

  • To be enthusiastic, a team player and motivated.
  • Adaptable, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Packages and inhouse systems.
  • Previous experience with Administration and, or Customer Service.
