As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will support the Connection Quotations team in the efficient execution of their duties, organising files, completing records and co-ordinating regulatory reporting as well as liaise directly with a customer base.

Client Details

Our client is the leading supplier for energy across the North West region. They are looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join them immediately on an on-going basis in their Preston office.

Description

As a Temporary Customer Service Administrator you will be:

  • General administration duties as required and/or directed.
  • Providing a professional first point of contact for customers and other stakeholders (internal and external).
  • Undertake an active, customer facing part in the scheme acceptance process.
  • Support the various teams in the preparation and transfer (to Connections Operations) of scheme handover packs following acceptance.
  • Develop, maintain and update Customer database for all Quotations customers.
  • Manage, maintain and update Enquiry and Application registers for the Connection Quotations team.
  • Maintain and update Regulatory and Licence Reporting registers.
  • Undertake data assurance activities in line with departmental and corporate processes.
  • Ensure reporting data is communicated internally as required and in a timely manner.
  • Ensure that all application packs and project files are created in line with standard procedures. Ensure that they are maintained in line with procedures and communicated to the relevant team members in a timely manner.

Profile

To be successful in this role:

  • Ability to plan and organise
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Good computer skills
  • Experience of Microsoft Office Suit essential (Word, Excel, Outlook, Explorer, PowerPoint)
  • Experience of SAP beneficial
  • Ability to prioritise works
  • Ability to work as part of a team but also act independently as required
  • Experience of office administration, procedures and systems.
  • Experience of information gathering and data management.
