At CHEC we put patient care at the heart of everything we do, and we strive to deliver exceptional patient and partner communications. We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our Marketing and Events team to help us build and nurture strong relationships with our key audiences.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Marketing and Events, you will be responsible for ensuring that all email and SMS communications enhance engagement and ultimately drive loyalty.

We are looking for someone who can.

  • Drive CRM activity through the HubSpot platform via the email and SMS channels.
  • Lead on email and SMS activity as part of multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Plan and deliver CRM activity to optimise the customer life cycle, from acquisition through to conversion, retention and loyalty.
  • Develop ongoing patient retention and loyalty tools
  • To be an advocate for a customer data centred approach across the business, championing adoption of the CRM and creating a wider understanding of the value it brings
  • Audit and monitor current data processes to ensure compliance

What youll bring to the role:

  • Educated to degree level (or comparable)
  • Experience of managing CRM-led marketing campaigns
  • Significant experience of delivering email and SMS campaigns
  • Proficiency with email automation
  • Experience of managing lead generation campaigns
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
