Description
- Identify and cultivate strong relationships with trusts, foundations, and other potential funding sources.
- Develop and implement a Charitable Trusts and Foundations Plan to secure significant funding from trusts and foundations.
- Prepare detailed and compelling funding applications and proposals.
- Monitor and report on the progress and impact of funded projects, maintaining strong communication with funders.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the university to identify funding needs and opportunities.
- Stay informed about trends and developments in the not-for-profit and higher education sectors.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations related to fundraising and data protection.
Profile
A successful Trusts and Foundations Manager should have:
- A strong academic/Not-for-Profit background, preferably in marketing, business, or a relevant field.
