?? Hiring: HR Administrator / Near Ormskirk /Permanenent Opportunity ??

I am looking for a HR Administrator to join our clients' fantastic HR department! This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering excellent service, supporting employees, and making a real impact within the business.

In this role, you'll support Heads of Departments and Managers with day-to-day HR queries, as well as recruitment, onboarding, and the full employee lifecycle. You'll also provide guidance on employee relations matters, ensuring best practice in policies, procedures, and employment law.

We're looking for someone positive, energetic, and proactive-a problem solver who can work both independently and as part of a close-knit team. You'll play a key role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring a great experience for all employees.

Key Responsibilities:

? Build strong working relationships across the business? Manage recruitment campaigns-from advertising roles to coordinating interviews? Maintain employee records and HR databases? Respond to HR queries and provide advice on policies and procedures? Prepare employment contracts and manage contract changes? Oversee onboarding, right-to-work checks, and references? Support managers with probation reviews and ensure processes are followed? Manage offboarding, including exit interviews and leaver processes? Provide HR support on performance management, disciplinary, and grievance cases

About You:

?? CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualified?? Proficient in Microsoft Office?? Previous HR experience is essential?? Confident, proactive, and professional?? Strong written and verbal communication skills
