Key Responsibilities of the Operations Director:
- Lead and develop the operations team, promoting a culture of continuous improvement and high performance
- Implement lean manufacturing principles to streamline processes and increase production capacity
- Drive operational strategy
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with both short-term and long-term business objectives.
- Encourage cross-functional collaboration with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
We are looking for an Operations Director with the following:
- Degree qualification
- Proven experience in leading and developing teams within a similar manufacturing environment
- A background in automotive or aerospace manufacturing is advantageous.
- Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and engage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships at all levels
- A solid understanding of lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement methodologies
